Your cardiologist: Undiagnosed does not mean that is was untested. If you have cardiac tests that rule out the heart as the cause for your chest pain, you should relax as the pain is not going to kill you. You may spend an enormous amount of resources and still not know exactly where the pain is coming from. But if you know the pain is not coming from the heart, you should be reassured.
