Need more informatio: I do not know wha you mean byquick and mild lft sided chest pain.But pain can be due to one of these causes 1costochondritis, inlammation in the joint where ribs meet sternum 2intercostal neuralgia 3gastroesphageal reflux 4from heart 5from lungs and pleura so if you want to find out what is causing your pain get it checkd.
