my entire face is assymetric on one side, one cheek is larger than the other by a large margin, my nose is crooked from a car crash, one eye is higher than the other and one side of my chin is longer than the other, is it possible to fix these issues?

: The reality is that very few people have a perfectly symmetric face. Severe asymmetry of the face can be partially corrected with surgery, but many times the results are still unsatisfactory. It may be better in the long run to accept your face as it is.  Anyone who rejects you for your face is probably losing a good friend, since it is the inside and character of a person that is most  important.

Head injury: Yes. A head injury in a car crash is likely to be at least a concussion (in which the violent impact forces the soft brain tissue to decelerate abruptly against the skull). Concusions cause regional brain disturbances, particularly in cognitive functions associated with the brain cortex, including executive function. The type of symptoms depend on the location of brain contusion.

Yikes : I guess if you have not had trouble with it in several years, it is unlikely to cause trouble now.  What you are describing would be concerning for a displaced skull fracture, but again, it has been several years now since the accident.  A ct skull would undoubtedly give more information and I would recommend you being seen if you are concerned.

Ans: Well the hematoma on the head will heal. Probably some whiplash causing the headaches. This will take a long time to resolve and may not.

Accident: most surgeries are going to take a year before you see the final results of scars, nerve and muscle function. Have faith I'm sure it will get better.

To see damage: Ct scan is good enough to see blood to proceed with surgery, but to see seizure focus, abnormal behaviour or neurological deficits  correlation with MRI is very helpful, to assess the damage.
