A member asked:

My entire face is assymetric on one side, one cheek is larger than the other by a large margin, my nose is crooked from a car crash, one eye is higher than the other and one side of my chin is longer than the other, is it possible to fix these issues?

The reality is that very few people have a perfectly symmetric face. Severe asymmetry of the face can be partially corrected with surgery, but many times the results are still unsatisfactory. It may be better in the long run to accept your face as it is. Anyone who rejects you for your face is probably losing a good friend, since it is the inside and character of a person that is most important.

I agree with the other physician. It is best to accept your face even with the asymmetry. Most of us have asymmetry with our features. However, any deformity like your crooked nose can be improved with cosmetic surgery.
