Headache: Your question is not clear but I understand that you were in a car accident and now have headache. Please see your doctor if you have not already done so. There are a variety of treatments depending on the type of headache. You may need physical therapy for your neck, perhaps biofeedback, you can search John Sarno, MD, for a mind-body approach to pain.
