No: This may be a sign of herniated discs in the neck. With the trauma and movement of the spine during a sneeze, the cervical rootlets may be being stressed. This might be worth getting checked by your pcp.

Really intense cough: All the parts of your body are connected so if you have a really intense cough it is not surprising that you feel it rattling other parts of your body. Now the question is why are you coughing so intensely. I obviously don't know what is causing the cough. It could be an infectious process, an allergic one or something else. You should see your doc ASAP and get a work up.

She should make an appointment with family doctor. Will need detailed history past and present and comprehensive medical examination. And if indicated may need blood and urine test and may be other tests to find out the cause and appropriate treatment  .

No: Sternal area discomfort can persist, but usually has declined by 3-4 months.
Vein harvest sites in the legs can be a nuisance with healing and numbness but not usually cramps.
You probably need a vascular exam. Since you had heart disease, you have some other risk factors and may have something else going on.

No: TMJ syndromes affect the temporomandibular joint( the hinge of the jaw bone). Those symptoms you mention are characteristic of peripheral neuropathy and warrant an evaluation by a neurologist.

Plantar fasciitis?: Depends on the location of the pain.  Plantar fasciitis commonly affects the arch of the foot at about the mid sole. This pain is often severe with the first steps then becomes tolerable.. If your arms hurt too then all bets are off.

RICE= rest, ice, co-: Mpression with a bandage and elevate the side to get rid of the swelling. Nsaid's help to relieve pain ; swelling. After 3-5 days using a heating pad, which helps to relieve pain, discomfort.
Massage ;/or therapy can be helpful as well.
