Plantar fasciitis?: Depends on the location of the pain. Plantar fasciitis commonly affects the arch of the foot at about the mid sole. This pain is often severe with the first steps then becomes tolerable.. If your arms hurt too then all bets are off.

Pain: You could easily have 2 problems. The stabbing pain in the arms and the legs could be radiculopathy , while the pain at the bottom of the feet could be plantar fasciitis. You will probably need to see a neurologist as well as a podiatrist.
