Rec. see orofacial pain or pain management specialist. You can take Advil (ibuprofen) pm as needed.

ANS: you did not mention if you have been in Africa recently where they have those worms that crawl under your skin?  Assuming not this is a very strange lump. I would see what your Dr. says. Suspect it is not moving just 2 different ones.

Lymph nodes: These lumps are likely to be lymph nodes, but can also be skin cysts. Depends on how long you had them, they can be secondary to a virus, or skin irritation after shaving. If the problem continues, see your doctor for advice.

having the front and right side of thyroid removed due to lumps, i have pain shooting up the side of neck into ear, it's a sharp pain is it the lumps?

Thyroid lumps: Usually lumps in the thyroid do not cause pain, but they can be associated with pain, if the thyroid gland is inflamed. It is common for an inflamed thyroid gland to be associated with ear pain. If you are having the lumps removed, hopefully, the biopsy will tell you if the gland is inflamed.
