None: You actually don't need to eat fat in order to absorb fat soluble vitamins. Mostly, you need to be able to produce bile from your liver, and pancreatic juice from your pancreas. If you have no issues with liver and pancreas, you will be able to absorb fat soluble vitamins (vitamin A,D,E,K) just fine

Vitamins: Fat soluble (a, d, e, k) have to be processed for absorption with enzymes that digest fat.  They can be stored in fatty storage areas so if too much taken, toxicity can occur.  Vitamin d from sun is controlled by body's storage and processing to avoid that.  Water soluble vitamins typically not stored so need to be taken daily.

Dose more important than a long list of which some are fat/water soluble.

Doubt it: Unless you have 1, 000 pounds to lose, it's highly doubtful that you have enough vitamin d stored in your fat cells to cause any problems while you're losing weight. Obesity is far more dangerous than anything vitamin d could do to you anyway.

It means that: These vitamins can "build up"/be stored in the fatty tissue., so that means you can build up toxic levels easily.  Non fat soluble vitamins can't hide in the fat and your kidneys are usually able to excrete the excess amounts so the toxicity is more readily avoided.  Remember not all of the consumed fat soluble vitamins hide in fat, some will readily be utilizable by your body.

Yes, better because:: B vitamins will be will absorbed when taken with or without food, but some people experience nausea if taking a strong B complex on an empty stomach. Also, B vitamins play an important role in metabolizing our food and are mostly not retained long so are likely to be most beneficial when taken shortly before, with or after meals.

ive been taking vitamin b5 (100mg) and my b5 levels came back high, but b5 is water soluble so why did my lab results came back with high b5 levels?

Vit b5: You're taking well over the recommended daily dose which is 5mgs. High doses appear to be well tolerated .Vit b5 deficiency is considered to be rare and I'm not sure it's worth taking.
