Ive been taking vitamin b5 (100mg) and my b5 levels came back high, but b5 is water soluble so why did my lab results came back with high b5 levels?

Vit b5: You're taking well over the recommended daily dose which is 5mgs. High doses appear to be well tolerated .Vit b5 deficiency is considered to be rare and I'm not sure it's worth taking.
