: Now is likely okay. Your ovary will occasionally form cysts, as a natural stage before egg releaser or otherwise if you are on BC. If you are not symptomatic live your life as you would normally.

Fibroid Rx options: There are several different types of treatments for fibroids from surgery to uterine artery embolization. The pain may be from degeneration of the fibroid and will require Rx not medication.

BCP or Metformin: For non-insulin resistant patients the treatment varies, depending on whether a patient is trying for pregnancy or not. Birth control pills for those who are not trying to get pregnant. Metformin only for those patients with impaired glucose tolerance. These are patients that have been found to have an elevated Insulin level or diabetes from Insulin resistance

Do you mean dermoid: If you have a dermoid cyst / ovary and if it is large enough - greater than 5 cm then it needs removed.  
There is no medication to remove / resolve this condition.  
It also is not responsible for your absent periods because the other ovary can /should be functioning well.

Probably neither: The majority of these at your age are hemorrhagic cysts resulting from an enlarged ovarian follicle.  They typically resolve on their own in a matter of days or weeks, so usually these are followed up with US in 6 weeks or so to see if they resolved.

i am poly cystic ovarian. what are the chances of me having a child naturally? i have already lost my left ovary. i am 20. i am not on any medications or birth control.

Your : Your chances depend on whether you are ovulating regularly or are interested in using medication to help your ovaries ovulate if not. By natural, i suspect you mean spontaneous conception without medication. You can use ovulation prediction kits, available at most pharmacies, to predict when you are ovulating. If these do not indicate regular ovulation there are a variety of medications to help you ovulate. Also, with pcos, (polycystic ovarian syndrome) women have Insulin resistance. You can decrease your Insulin resistance and increase your chance of conception with regular exercise, 30 minutes per day.

if i have a large simple ovarian cyst on my left ovary can it be removed with medication? does it lead to infertility? will my ovaries have to be removed?  what does simple mean?

Ovarian cysts form: every time a person ovulates, larger (greater than 4 or 5 cm), are more rare, can be just fluid filled(simple), or complex(fluid/solid). Simple cysts usually resolve over a 4 - 6 week time frame, sometimes with medications to help. If not resolved or complex, surgery is often required. Removal of the cyst or ovary is decided on a case by case basis.

Unlikely: Ovary pain is an unusual adverse drug effect of any medication, especially an antibiotic. However, it can be difficult to tell if pain is actually from the ovaries.The kidneys are in the same general area. I would be concerned if it persisted or you got sicker that perhaps you are developing a serious kidney infection. Woman can have ovary pain during the release of the egg, so could be coincidence?
