I have dermal cyst on my right ovary and i do not get periods becoz of that.is there some medication to shrink the cyst or ovary needs to be removed?

Do you mean dermoid: If you have a dermoid cyst / ovary and if it is large enough - greater than 5 cm then it needs removed. There is no medication to remove / resolve this condition. It also is not responsible for your absent periods because the other ovary can /should be functioning well.
