when i press on my left ovary i feel something hard.i'm 6 days late,i've had an ovarian cyst b4 but it hurt when i pressed it nd now it doesn't. cyst? or can i be pregnant? i have preg symptoms, and missed period. it only hurts when my bladder is full.

Testing needed: some things are safe to check on your own but you should really get in to see your doctor for a hands on evaluation and some labs, and possibly imaging.  hope you feel better soon.

recently had a full spine mri which incidentally showed follicular ovarian cysts could it have showed any problem with cervix, bladder or uterus as we?

Yes. An MRI of the-: Spine could very well show abnormalities, but on a spine MRI scan,it is an incidental finding. This can not B relied on for diagnosing cervical, bladder or uterine abnormalities to any degree. If indicated an MRI of the abdomen would B needed.

No: There should not be any correlation. Bladder infections usually occur as bacteria enter the urethra and ascend into the bladder. There should not be an association with ovarian cysts.

Ask gynecologist: Ovarian cysts with clear fluid and no solid elements or wall thickening are usually benign Enlargement of ovary by cyst  has increased incidence of ovarian torsion which can cause ischemia/death of ovary.Sometimes reversible. Patient usually presents with acute lower abdominal pain and sometimes vomiting. You should consult gynecologist for advice as to close imaging followup or surg. intervention

Typically unrelated: Ovarian cysts are fluid filled sacs close to the ovaries.  They can cause pelvic pain depending on their size.  Sometimes if ovarian cysts are very large (&gt;8 cm), they can put pressure on your bladder, but in large, typically aren't associated with bladder symptoms.   Ovarian cysts do not necessarily cause abnormal periods either.

Family Practice: Your gallbladder has no affect on getting pregnant.  Having an ovarian cyst usually doesn't either unless you have poly cystic  disease. It makes it harder but with treatment pregnancy may occur.

i have a large ovarian cyst which is pressing on my bladder, i got ultrasound which confirmed this. can you prescribe me medication to shrink this cyst on my ovary?

: There is no medication to shrink ovarian cysts. Follow up ultrasounds will monitor the cyst. If this is a recurring problem for you, starting hormonal contraceptive pills may help to prevent future occurrences. If the ovarian cyst lasts longer than 3-4 months with no change, or if it is noted to be complex with multiple sacs, your Dr may consider surgery to remove it.

why is my lower back swollen after gall bladder surgery with an ovarian cyst removal?

Please call the doc : Who did your surgery, they know what they did and how it went, that is included in your post op care the doc is supposed to answer all ?S like this and do the proper txment if there is a problem.
