Yes that would be th: Spread into kidney is uncommon. It may occur by surface implantation when there is intra-abdominal tumor all round the kidneys or it could spread via blood although that is a less common route of spread for ovarian cancer compared to most other cancers.

Yes, but...: It is possible that a renal ultrasound might detect some findings associated with ovarian cancer but the cancer would have to be relatively advanced for such findings to be present. Ascites (fluid in the abdomen) soft tissue masses on the abdominal wall (peritoneal implants), and blockage of the kidneys may be seen. The ovaries themselves would not typically be studied.

Yes.: Ovarian cancer usually presents with abdominal pain, bloating, urinary symptoms and weight gain which would indicate spread beyond the pelvis.  This pain can easily radiate to the back, due to pressure on adjacent organs, etc.

Left abdominal pain: Ovarian cysts are common if one is not on oral birth control, and the pain associated with it usually stops after the cyst ruptures.  See your healthcare provider for an exam and ultrasound if the pain continues.  Ovarian cancer is very unlikely to occur at age 20.

Unlikely given age .: But your symptoms need to be dealt with.  Please see your doctor for a complete history and physical.

Basic treatments for constipation should be undertaken - your symptoms could all be related to constipation.

Imaging of your pelvis (ovaries and uterus primarily) with ultrasound may also be helpful, especially if basic treatments do not resolve your symptoms.

Not specific: Constipation is not specific to ovarian cancer. Address it through diet, fiber and water. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
