Unlikely given age .: But your symptoms need to be dealt with. Please see your doctor for a complete history and physical. Basic treatments for constipation should be undertaken - your symptoms could all be related to constipation. Imaging of your pelvis (ovaries and uterus primarily) with ultrasound may also be helpful, especially if basic treatments do not resolve your symptoms.
