: Judgement and recommendations are based on talking and seeing you.  We have not done so. I would discuss with the last Dr you saw.   You might want to spend the $ on a month's subscription to uptodate.com and read all about psoriasis and then discuss with each one and ask why they chose different treatments. Most likely based on the med they use the most in your situation at the time they saw you.

i was  hoping to get a prescription for  otezla  plaque psoriasis  to help my skin get back to normal after the scabies infestation  i had it would be so nice to have smooth skin again , i  also need something to  help nails, eyelashes and hair grow?

Dermatologist: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be improper to offer a prescription without examining you. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a dermatologist.

Borderline: You're really kind of on the borderline of whether you should see your doc or not.It's very normal to experience irregular and variable cycles for up to several months after stopping a hormonal contraceptive.If it would give you peace of mind, then maybe you should just make an appointment and see your doc.They may or may not want to do a blood test or ultrasound.They may tell you this is normal.

i am taking ocella (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol). if i started my pack a day late and haven't been taking my pills at the same time every day for the first week do i need plan b?

NO: Plan B should be used only as emergency contraception after unprotected sexual intercourse. I think it is a good idea to get in the habit of taking your pills on a regular daily basis. Do not miss any other pills.

Yes. : There is no contraindication to taking Advil, Motrin, Alleve or any other NSAID while on birth control pills provided you don't have any contraindications to NSAIDS - peptic ulcer, kidney failure, etc. it is very common for women on birth control pills to take Advil. As needed. Please take with food and limit use to prevent gastric irritation.

Yes: The active pills are identical so you could take any one of the pills on any day and still have the same contraceptive protection.

im on ocella (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) and  take it always at 10pm. i heard if ur overweight it doesn't work as well. i'm 5'10 and 157lbs, my bmi is normal. but i'm worried cuz i'm tall?

Myth: Ocella (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) does not have a dose restriction for overweight people. Your BMI is normal and you are not overweight. Ocella (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) should be effective for you
