Myth: Ocella (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) does not have a dose restriction for overweight people. Your BMI is normal and you are not overweight. Ocella (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) should be effective for you

Big container: dilutes what is put into it. But 157 pounds is not that big and wouldn't be all that different from everyone else using it. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, but this is pretty much a math problem and 157 these days with obesity, is about average weight (for above average height !).
