Im on ocella (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) and take it always at 10pm. i heard if ur overweight it doesn't work as well. i'm 5'10 and 157lbs, my bmi is normal. but i'm worried cuz i'm tall?

Big container: dilutes what is put into it. But 157 pounds is not that big and wouldn't be all that different from everyone else using it. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, but this is pretty much a math problem and 157 these days with obesity, is about average weight (for above average height !).
