I am taking ocella (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol). if i started my pack a day late and haven't been taking my pills at the same time every day for the first week do i need plan b?

NO: Plan B should be used only as emergency contraception after unprotected sexual intercourse. I think it is a good idea to get in the habit of taking your pills on a regular daily basis. Do not miss any other pills.
