My Tongue Hurts: Right off i make an assumption that you are having an allergic reaction or side effect of something you have ingested.

Without seeing the tongue and getting more of your story, i would also want to know if you have any other medication conditions or history of infections such as herpes.

But, it may be wise to get on an anti-histamine right away and if the sensation worsens getting help.

Bph: If you have prostatic enlargement, overactive bladder medications such as urolatrol can lead to urinary retention. I would only take it following evaluation for BPH my urologist.  It may be that more direct treatment of your BPH would be a better option.

Usually none: Most leukemia patients have either no skin involvement, or nothing more than bruises or small spots of bleeding under the skin (petechiae).  Lumps or rashes are unusual for most leukemia cases.  There are exceptions.  If you have leukemia, see your doctor ASAP.

It depends: The Evorel 50 patch is an estrogen only patch, so if you have a uterus you would need to take a progesterone product with the patch.  There are a number of risks and benefits with the patch, and you and your Dr should discuss these so you can make an informed decision whether the patch is right for you. There are some women who shouldn't use this patch (history of breast cancer, stroke, clots etc)

It depends.: Scaly white patches can be due to eczema, or contact or other types of dermatitis .  Smooth white patches can be due to vitiligo (areas where melanin is absent). See a doctor to sort out the cause and discuss treatment options with you.

Yes: If one were to wear numerous patches at the same time , then yes.

Patches: This is tough to answer without seeing the patches.  Are they light, dark, dry, itchy, red, etc.  Too many various "patches" to diagnose and treat without seeing.  If they are red or dry, use a heavier moisturizer after bathing.  Let your doctor take a look to be sure...

Adhere to diet: All medications take 1-6 weeks to work. From my experience patients still needed to adhere to MAO diet even though the selling point of the base dose was that one would not need to. But my patients needed.
