How is leukemia patches look like?

Usually none: Most leukemia patients have either no skin involvement, or nothing more than bruises or small spots of bleeding under the skin (petechiae). Lumps or rashes are unusual for most leukemia cases. There are exceptions. If you have leukemia, see your doctor ASAP.
