There are several: things which may result in a false positive rapid rug test.  Poppy seeds being a frequent one  I would check the test to see or ask for a confirmation which is more specific and sensitive.

Opioid Withdrawals: There are different medications that can be used to treat opioid withdrawals.  Some medications can be prescribed by a primary care doctor - like clonidine, phenergan, or immodium.  Other meds have to be prescribed by an addiction specialist - like suboxone. 2. Chronic pain for pain control

It depends: On the origin of the pain.
Tramadol, or ibuprofen, tylenol (acetaminophen) and Aspirin are all that can work especially if you use ice of heat-- again depending on the origins and type of pain. Nerve compression pain responds well (better) to Gabapentin than to opiates.

It describes: what the body does to the drug or how one drug interacts with other drugs in the body, namely their excretion, metabolism or availability. For example some antibiotics can increase an amount of opiod in the blood stream and potential for overdose.

Up to a few months: There is a large difference in response that's individual. Some people don't feel a difference when they quit, and others feel lousy for  months. The brain likes having opioids around and would rather have you provide them (pills) than making the brain make them (endorphins). Our bodies preserve energy whenever it can get away with it. It takes a lot less energy to make you get the pills.

Exercise: Regular exercise has been shown to release endorphins which can give a sense of well-being. Not to mention all the other health benefits associated with a regimented aerobic exercise program.
