Please see below: This can be due to problems inside the ear or around and sometimes due to side effects of medication. I would recommend you to discuss those possible etiology with a doctor.

Partial dislocation: You need to contact the facility where you had surgery and inform the anesthesia provider. During the course of general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation, you might have partially dislocated your jaw. If you are not able to get back to the facility, get an xray of your jaw. If it is partially dislocated, it can and should be reduced, similar to any joint dislocation.

TMD\TMJ: What you describe are some of the symptoms of temporomandibular joint dysfunction commonly referred to as tmj. Take some otc pain medication such as advil, motrin, aleve (naproxen) or what you would normally take for a headache. Stay on soft diet, don't chew gum, apply warm moist heat to area ; give it a few days. See a dentist who can better examine you for causes ; treatment options.

TMD: This is due to grinding or bruxism at night..... Large % of the population suffers from tmd causes could be anything from stress, malocclusion, obstructive sleep apnea, closed envelope of function... Sere a general dentist to check for all of the above.

Muscle spasm/strain: If the teeth are fine, and  no possibility of a fracture in the jawbone then this sounds like a  muscle issue. Most often  related to clenching from stress or overuse from chewing. Your closing(&some opening) muscles  are subject to spasm and strain. Hot moist compresses on the outside of the mouth and warm water soaks inside will help. Ibuprofen 400-600 mg 4 times /day for 5-7 days. Soft diet.

itchy type pain in ear. hurts when i use qtip to clean it. if i try to open mouth wide it causes an achy feeling for a few minutes. ? how do i treat?

Well...: ...For starters, stop pushing qtips or other instruments into your ear canal.  You may have "swimmer's ear, "  or otitis media, an inflammation of the external canal. I suggest you seek an exam with your primary physician or a local prompt care

what to do if i cannot open mouth wide enough for wisdom tooth extraction?

Difficult problem.: It depends if it is an acute or chronic problem. Many patient with infected wisdom teeth have restricted opening due to infection. If you take antibiotics, the opening should improve. If you have a permanent decrease in opening - could be a problem. See an oral surgeon who can tell you the reason for your restricted opening. Then first you would address the restricted opening. Then the teeth.

Stop blowing so hard: Clear your nose with gentle blowing after rinsing multiple times with OTC saline without preservative.  Avoid decongestants; do not place foreign objects in ear.  Apply moist heat to face and ear with hot wet cloth.  See doctor if no better two days or if you get severe ear pain. May take days to unstop ear.

endoscopy yesterday (have had one b4). extreme jaw pain to the touch today - cant eat/open mouth wide. also red blotchy rash under jawline. normal?

TMJ problems?: was there any difficulty with the biteblock, or did you gag/retch a lot? and rash - possibility of allergy to the strap?  i'd definitely let your endoscopist know.  might want them to use a pediatric biteblock should you ever need it again. you're already taking Advil (ibuprofen) so that should help.
