TMJ problems?: was there any difficulty with the biteblock, or did you gag/retch a lot? and rash - possibility of allergy to the strap? i'd definitely let your endoscopist know. might want them to use a pediatric biteblock should you ever need it again. you're already taking Advil (ibuprofen) so that should help.
