It is possible to to correct almost any malocclusion but since no two are exactly the same your treatment will be tailored specifically to you.

Maybe not: Open bite problems can be treated without jaw surgery successfully so it is highly possible that you may not need the surgery after all.  You and your orthodontist will make the final decision on whether your case will be stabel without the surgery.

my gum recedes on both upper 1st molar due to braces. dentist want to extract those teeth (not enough space to correct open bite). is it ok?

Impossible to answer: This is something that can only be determined through a physical evaluation. If you are really concerned, see another dentist for a second opinion. I will say the 1st molars are extremely important for the bite and it would be a shame if they have to go.
