Permanent filler: Aquamid is permanent skin filler used in Europe and not in USA. Body produces thin membrane aound injected implant so that it remains permanently. Can be removed surgically rather than by needle aspiration. Don't know whether biopsy sample can or needs to be analysed. Likely does not cause sinus pain as Aquamid is inert and does not cause delayed inflammatory reaction. Good luck.

Today technology outcomes are better.
