Sounds like u have: a serious infection.You need to be seen and,if appropriate,prescribed antibiotics.Get up and go in to the Doc.

Pain: Pain is an indicator that sometime is not right. Bruising on the anterior abdomen may have come from bumping something. Swollen abdomen- does that mean you are constipated? When was your last bowel movement?
Pain in the left side of back could be due to kidney stone, referred pain, muscle pull.
Get a check up from a Doctor to help diagnose the problem.

Constipation: In a female of your age the most likely is constipation without any blood, which you did not mention, and only bloating and left sided pain. Do you have round or hard poops or strain when you go? Are you getting enough fiber in your diet (9 servings of fruits and veggies a day and 3 grains) and drinking your 64 ounces of water a day? The left side is colon, abdomen is the emptying side. No organs.

Asymmetry: Asymmetry of the sides of the abdomen is common and not necessarily pathologic. However if the difference is very pronounced or if there is tenderness in that area, a physician should evaluate and examine you to check for masses, hernia,aneurysm,.etc.

Get seen: If you see visible swelling and having ulcer type pain get seen.Ulcer type pain can be boring or gnawing or get achy etc. Proton pump inhibitors and H2 blockers help ulcers,however I would go see someone soon with the visible symptoms that you are having.
