Pain: Pain is an indicator that sometime is not right. Bruising on the anterior abdomen may have come from bumping something. Swollen abdomen- does that mean you are constipated? When was your last bowel movement? Pain in the left side of back could be due to kidney stone, referred pain, muscle pull. Get a check up from a Doctor to help diagnose the problem.
