Sounds like u have: a serious infection.You need to be seen and,if appropriate,prescribed antibiotics.Get up and go in to the Doc.

Infection: May be bacterial requiring antibiotics and specific dental treatment. May be virus or fungal, again requiring specific medication. Please see your Dentist for differential diagnosis and appropriate treatment or referral.
