Immediately: Any illness is serious with HIV. You are already immunocompromised so it is more difficult to fight the disease.  You should be treated with Tamiflu (oseltamivir).  It also depends on your CD 4 count.

Not conclusive: I answered the same question earlier. Even at three months a negative oraquick test does not rule out HIV infection. Consult your doctor for an HIV nucleic acid test.

For influenza?:  Medications such as  oseltamivir phosphate (Tamiflu), zanamivir (Relenza), peramivir (Rapivab), or
baloxavir marboxil ( Xofluza) would require a prescription from your doctor.

Yes: It is possible. There are 3 types of flu - A, B, and C. Most infections are of type A. Each type has different strains that mutate all the time. That is why you need a new flu shot every year. So, yes, you could be exposed to two different strains and/or two different types of flu within 2 weeks. Developing immunity after surviving one strain doesn't always protect you from another.

Not the flu: Influenza infection does not last or intermittently recur for several months.  Persistent flu-like symptoms are likely caused by a problems with the immune system (immunodeficiency, rheumatological problem, or types of cancers).  A complete physical with testing of your body systems is necessary to determine the cause of these symptoms.

Possible: Aerosol containing the virus can remain airborne for hours and it is theoretically possible to catch flu from a the aerosols released by a person who was in the same room before you arrived.
Get Flu vaccine.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Contagious: Get a health department inspection and immunize your staff against influenza, Careful hand washing, antibacterial soap/gel and an educational program for stff to prevent contagious illness.

Rarely: Body aches(myalgias) are one of the hallmark symptoms of true influenza.  Possible but unlikely.  There are tests to check and they are pretty accurate.

Accepted Answer

No...: "swine flu" refers to the illness caused by a strain of influenza that came from pigs but adapted to be able to cause human disease.  Once this occurs it's usually transmitted like every othe flu virus. That means it comes from touching things or people harboring virus (door handles, keyboards, other people).  This is why washing hands frequently is encouraged so much during flu season. Wash up!
