No...: "swine flu" refers to the illness caused by a strain of influenza that came from pigs but adapted to be able to cause human disease. Once this occurs it's usually transmitted like every othe flu virus. That means it comes from touching things or people harboring virus (door handles, keyboards, other people). This is why washing hands frequently is encouraged so much during flu season. Wash up!
