Did u have a recent: cold? Or allergies? Lymph nodes tend to get swollen or tender whenever there is some form of immune challenge as above, usually not by themselves. See your doctor to have it evaluated fully, and they can do a head, eyes, ear, nose, throat exam to see what might be causing it, and treat it quickly. This can cause fatigue, and may or may not be related to your eye/vision issues.

A +ANA does not Dx L: Just because  you have  a+ ANA in a Homogenous pattern does not automatically mean you have lupus.  Have your physician refer you to a rheumatologist to clarify your  diagnsois. Headache and swollen lymph nodes can occur  fo  many reasons
