Most likely staph: It is most likely a staph infection of the hair follicles inside your nose. You can get some Bacitracin ointment over-the-counter and rub it inside your nostril a few times a day over the next few days and it should get better. If not you should see an ENT doctor for a more complete evaluation.

how quick would symptoms of brain bleed  show after fall, would it be very obvious? 4 days since son fell. small bump/cranky. bump gone. am i in the clear?  fever today & stuffy. any association?

Your description is typical of a fully resolved bruise over the scalp, and sounds only like he has upper respiratory tract infection now.  However, if he seems very sleepy, has repetitive nausea and vomiting, and seems to act in unusual way, contact pediatrician just to reassure.

: You have a scar from the abscess, it will fade but will take a long time, may be years. You are advised to not mess with the normal structures around your nipple. The skin did regenerate and cover the raw area produced by the abscess.

Hard : Hard to tell without a picture, but perhaps he has either eczema or molluscum contagiosum.  Take a look at the picture below to see if it looks similar to molluscum.  If so, i would visit a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and discuss treatment options.  I hope that helps.

can itching on the pubic area and tingling on the penis be a sign of anything other than herpes? ive had this for months and i never have any blisters or sores that follow, at least ones that are obvious. also blotchy rash/tiny red bumps on glans?

: You misunderstand herpes symptoms. Herpes LESIONS (blisters, sores, etc) can itch or tingle, or on some occasional tingling can occur for a day or two before an outbreak starts. But continuing itching or tingling of the penis is NEVER due to herpes. And genital herpes does not cause the sort of rash or bumps you describe. There are many causes other than herpes:  see a dermatologist.

Each may have a different treatment, so a primary care doctor or a dermatologist can evaluate and give some recommendations.  Rashes are hard to describe in words. For keratosis pilaris, one might try creams that contain lactic acid or alpha-hydroxy-acid to loosen up the clumped skin cells causing the bumps.
