After a cesarean (which is very likely with increasing maternal  obesity), the task of closing the abdominal incision is tall and best left to experienced surgeons. En-mass closure of the abdominal wall and reinforced extra layer of closure for the subcutaneous tissues are necessary in most such cases.

Sweet Tooth: The best and obvious answer is to curtail the sweets. Any thing in excess to eat is not good for the body. Sweets in moderation only.Also, would recommend a hemoglobin A1c to look at the trend of his sugars over the last month or so.

Intertrigo commonly affects the axilla, perineum, inframammary creases, and abdominal folds.

This is usually seen in people under age 40 with obesity as well as conditions such as hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, acromegaly, polycystic ovary disease, insulin-resistant diabetes, or cushing's disease. See your doctor for evaluation.

Lets first try simpl: Over weight conditions can cause skin problems from excessive sweating and difficulty in keeping the areas under the Folds clean. So let us first try a simple solution. Clean your body especially the areas between the skin folds with a gentle soap twice daily. Make sure you dry the skin with a soft towel and use a hair dryer(with cool setting) so that all moisture is gone. Then use talcum powder.

Great  plan: Losing weight by exercising and eating wholesome unprocessed food( preferably 6 small meals a day) will allow you to change fat into energy and muscle.  If you do some sit down exercises to strengthen your abdominal muscles you will lose weight slowly and steadily and the skin will shrink down. No need for tummy tuck.

For : For all body contouring surgery, it is ideal to get to your ideal weight first. This will give you the maximum result. As you know, your skin ends up loose like a rubberband that has been stretched out, and the more weight you lose, the looser it will be. If you lose the weight first, then the surgeon can make the area tighter.

Yes: Acupuncture can be used to treat (often not curing) obesity (with appetite suppression) ; acne. I don't know about dry skin by itself (why not just hydrate orally ; moisturize well).
