how much could i lose by only eating chicken broth soup ?

A lot: You can probably lose a lot of weight since you'd be on a very low calorie liquid diet. But you'd also be losing essential vitamins and other nutrients. A diet like that is not balanced and is not advised. You should talk to a nutritionist about a diet plan that won't cut out essential nutrients from your diet.

do i have to have chicken broth to prep for my colonoscopy?  can i have chicken stock?      and can i have beef broth?

Depends: Colonoscopy directions do vary from practice to practice. This is because of the procedure, the physician experience and meds used. Best to ask the office where you are going.
If you don't prep well, don't get cleaned out. The test is not valid and you might have to do it again. 
I know its an inconvenience but talk to your Doctors office so you both get the best results.

Don't drink it: The odor of urine is often determined by what you have ingested and is being filtered through your kidneys.  Would suggest that you not let the tasty aroma tempt you to either ingest or cook with it, unless you are planning to write a cookbook.

Well: Could be just a function of what you ate, not necessarily chicken, as some food can alter urine smell.  If you have any symptoms of infection this too could be another cause.

Plain broth: Anything that is just liquid, and does not contain solid matter or milk is a clear liquid:  chicken broth, beef broth, etc.  No noodles. No rice. No vegetables.

Check your urine: The easiest way to get an idea of your hydration status is to monitor your urine color. As long as it's a pale yellow you are probably drinking enough. If it's clear you should cut back on what you're drinking.

Not salt: It's not the salt - it's swallowing water (the major constituent of broth). Water is a known trigger for acid reflux. During upper GI series, the dr will often have the pt drink water to look for reflux on fluoroscopy. Agents that inhibit acid production are often effective to prevent or reduce this.

Clears plus...: Any liquids would be ok.I recommend my patients maintain a lower fibre diet when they have acute inflammation of the colon and are under treatment.When not acutely inflamed i recommend almost all patients maintain a balanced diet with fibre, good hydration, with no restrictions such as seeds or nuts. But, don't have me override  your doctor's instructions. Good luck.

Cloudy urine: The cloudy urine may have been the first sign that you have a yeast infection. Get an OTC medication to treat your yeast infection
