The fresher any food: is,the more nutrition and live enzymes.  Cans often have a lining of a clear plastic film that is toxic.  Fresh, frozen, then canned is the best way to go.  Peace and good health.

Chat w/dietician: It's kinda difficult to go vegetarian, much less vegan, if you don't like many veggies. You don't have to eat fish. Chicken is a good source of protein. Egg whites, too. Don't forget soy & legumes, eg beans. Dash diet focuses on lowering salt content to drop blood pressure. But most other "diets" haven't been studied adequately to recommend. Best to see dietician for your specific needs.

I don't think there : Is a connection between shyness and masturbation. People do not know that you masturbate. If you feel bad about it and want to stop, speak with a therapist. Yes: Diabetics need supplements to support their metabolic and immune health.  A multivitamin (preferably a capsule) will cover a lot of things, but don't  provide enough vitamin d3 (2000u a day at minimum) .  Also,  2 capsules fish oil recommended to help with your lipid profile and heart.  Blood tests for vit d-25 hydroxy and lipid profile will allow your physician to be sure you are taking enough.

Ensure: Ensure is an over the counter supplemental nutritional drink of 250 calories with vitamins and minerals and all you need to supplement your intake.

Good: For zen is generally considered close set to fresh picked. Often  or "fresh" produce we picked weeks ago.

Not yet!: Technically hair coloring is a topical solution but even as we begin to crack the secrets of cellular aging we've learned very little about loss of hair pigment . A better solution revolves around self image and how you truly appear to others. Don't underestimate the attraction to intelligent, strong, fit, wise, &amp; distinguished appearing men. For many, lack of at least some grey is a deal breaker.
