Chat w/dietician: It's kinda difficult to go vegetarian, much less vegan, if you don't like many veggies. You don't have to eat fish. Chicken is a good source of protein. Egg whites, too. Don't forget soy & legumes, eg beans. Dash diet focuses on lowering salt content to drop blood pressure. But most other "diets" haven't been studied adequately to recommend. Best to see dietician for your specific needs.

Picky eater: Most picky eaters do get enough nutrition from other sources besides fish, and many veggies. You should write a log of what you eat for review by a nutrition expert who can then further guide you if there are any perceived deficiencies.
