Yes: Diabetics need supplements to support their metabolic and immune health. A multivitamin (preferably a capsule) will cover a lot of things, but don't provide enough vitamin d3 (2000u a day at minimum) . Also, 2 capsules fish oil recommended to help with your lipid profile and heart. Blood tests for vit d-25 hydroxy and lipid profile will allow your physician to be sure you are taking enough.

See below: Centrum & fish oil should be ok. The aminos are a concern as their ingredients are not controlled & not standardized, & the effects have not been well studied, especially in the context of diabetes. I would avoid them, and focus instead on eating a healthy balanced diet. Check with a dietician for more help.

Unlikely, but...: When you eat say, steak, your stomach chops the protein into amino acids. These are used by your body. If you add Amino Acids to your diet, will this help? No one knows for sure. There's lots of "folk" impressions that they will (these ought not be dismissed out of hand, nor believed uncritically). But you are asking about a product, and the biggest risk is purity--as with food itself!
