Numbness: Is associated with nerves. May want to see a neurologist and have nerve conduction study run. Also rule out diabetes.

Hard to say: Cafe au lait spots occur in a wide range of normal persons and have no particular relationship to other issues unless there are greater than 6 of significant size. I suspect you numbness is unrelated.

Cold feet: You don't mention if your feet warm with socks or under a blanket.  If they do not , seek medical attention right away.   The dry skin can be related to circulation as can the discoloration.  See your podiatrist or your dermatologist .

i sprained my foot wearing a boot that the podiatrist offered.i was in the shower when i slipped and caught my foot. now, it's throbbing with a burning sensation and is numb in spots. what should i do?

Why were you in the boot  and most of these things can be removed for a shower 

a lisfranc injury could cause the problems you are describing  those are pretty bad so it would be best if this were evaluated medically.

only a really small spot on my foot is slightly numb. its been like that for 24 hours. i think i did something lifting my son up on my feet. not diabetic. how long will this last?

: It will last as long as what every caused it heals. Your body is talking to you.  Listen and take good notes. Then share with your Dr and you all will be able to figure out what is going on and how to fix it.

More info: You may have bumped the area and do to swelling you have pressure on the nerve creating numnbness.

Nerve issue: Those symptoms sound like a nerve entrapment. The sural nerve runs along that course down the leg into the foot. If it is entrapped or injured, burning pain would be likely. See a podiatrist, neurologist or physiatrist. You will probably need nerve conduction studies to localize the injury.

i have a numb spot that itches on the bottom of my foot that nothing relieves.  i do have lower back problems.  what can i do to get it to stop?

Low back ache: Get a lumbar MRI since you could have lumbar disc prolapse numming your foot.

partial numbness on small spot on side of foot. socks left imprints on foot so shoes may have been too tight. how long will it last for?

: If the numbness is because the shoes were too tight, it should resolve within a couple of hours once the shoes are off (assuming nothing else that is tight is put on your feet!). If it does not resolve, you should have it looked at by a foot doctor. You should also not wear those shoes again! Hope it gets better ASAP! Good luck to you!
