I have white spots on my feet that can be scratched off. and the bottom of my feet are very hot and have a numb feeling.

Insole searching.: There is a host of possibilities that could be considered. Without a visual and history, the possibilities can't be narrowed. My first thought is to take a look at the shoes your are wearing. The insoles and linings can sometimes cause problems similar to your description.
