Ask questions: There are many "minimally invasive" spine procedures that sound great on paper and even have some +ve studies.  B4 doing any procedure, ask how # your surgeon has done.  If it's not covered by insurance ask why not- if a procedure costs less than usual surgery and has "wonderful" results, they will jump at covering it. Lastly, for hnp, these procedures should be done for arm pain, not neck pain.

Level 1c- good: Large group studies have shown favorable results if patient selection is strict. Disc displacement cannot be &gt; 6mm, must be contained, no prior surgery, &gt;75% disc height, no spinal stenosis or instability. 12 month follow-up shows sustained benefit. Risks include infection (discitis), neural injury, and device failure.

Need repeat MRI: You need to call the surgeon or pain management person who did the procedure.  They might need to repeat an MRI to check for an irritated nerve from the procedure.  Less likely to be from infection or bleeding. Sounds most like C6 or C7 that's affected.  Hopefully, pain will subside within a short period of time.

Epidural Neurolysis: The above is the medical term for the racz procedure named after the doctor. It is used to release scar tissue from around nerves in the epidural space of the spine . It is a natural event  following  surgery. Under  a flouroscope a local anesthetic, corticosteroid are put in and a concentrated salt solution is used to soften the scar tissue. Do not be scared, it should give relief.

Not necessarily: The ANA is a screening test for lupus but is not specific. It can be positive in numerous other diseases and in normal people. It has to be evaluated in the context of the clinical picture and the results of other autoantibody tests.

Clinical picture: Your physical exam and history should be sufficient to tell you whether you have crest. If  don't have raynaud's, sclerodactyly and so forth, stop worrying. It's much more likely that your "centromere pattern" reading is a lab error than that you have smoldering crest.

Not necessarily: The information suggests that you had hepatitis C infection and recovered from it and eliminated the virus from your body. About 20% of the people who get Hep C are able to get rid of the virus. The antibody is the marker of prior infection.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
