: H. pylori does not cause those oral symptoms. Your husband's symptoms seem consistent with bradykinin-mediated angioedema. He should be evaluated by an allergist if he has not seen anyone yet.

Mouth &amp; Periods: Yes.  Some women have sore mouth (gingivitis) and canker sores a week or so before their periods.  It is related to a rise in a female hormone (progesterone)  and may occur with birth control pills or pregnancy for the same reason.  It is sometimes related to oral hygiene, so a visit to the dentist could help.

Injuries: "It's said" by who? I've not seen well refereed research to support "micro abrasions" or "heat in the body" as precursors to aphthous ulcers. No, supplements don't help, only create supplement-rich urine. For best results have well balanced diet, brush 2x/day for 2 FULL minutes, floss or water-pick daily. See your Dentist 2x/year for evaluation &amp; professional cleaning.

Endoscopy?: did you have an endoscopy? mucosa is the name for the first layer of hollow organs like the nostrils, the airways, the guts, that come into contact with the outside world, so named because they secret mucus. So normal mucosa means that layer is normal. Polyp is the name we give to any extra tissue hanging from mucosa. Polyps can be either harmless or harmful. Usually a biopsy can tell difference.

i had a routine colonoscopy done yesterday all the results said normal mucosa in all areas but it said i have an extrinsic compression at cecum  what ?

Ask your doctor to e: Your doctor should explain it to you. it implies that there may be a growth?tumor in this area which is compressing the cecum. If you have any local symptoms like pain or swelling in the right lower abdomen, you may need a CT scan to look for any extrinsic mass in this area.
