Fertility in 20's: Solely based on your age, you should not have any trouble getting pregnant. However, there are multiple factors that affect fertility besides ovaries and uterine cavity. Is there an obstruction involving your fallopian tubes? Male factor infertility? If you don't become pregnant after 1 yr of trying, consider obgyn eval. Have sex often, preferably 1 &amp; 2 days prior to ovulation &amp; during ovulation.

It can be thick : Just from building up too much secretory or proliferative endometrium, but it could be abnormal tissue, often times if the ultrasound was done right before your period and at your age your doc may want to repeat the us the first part of your cycle and if the lining measures less than 1.0cm that is normal, if it measures 1.3 then u need an in office hysteroscopy and bx to sample the tissue.

Depends on your age: And who does your us , i try to do as many gyn us in my office as possible in coral springs, if you are premenopasal it should be less than 10 mm, any more than this or even close to this , then it needs to be sampled which I do in office hysteroscopy with biopsy as sometimes what looks like thick tissue on us can be a polyp or fibroid, if post menopausal it should be 4 mm or less.

Hard to tell: At 4 weeks of pregnancy the stripe should be thickened but usually don't measure since not really prognositic of how pregnancy is going. If concerned would rather check serial blood pregnancy hormone levels. Also serial sonos would help even more. If based on your age concerned about Progesterone production can check levels or supplement if felt to be a concern. Good luck.

Normal : There is usually mild variation in the size of the paired organs . Kidneys, lungs, ovaries etc are usually not the same on the right or left sides. Large variations is another matter. The stripe is also normal for your age

The fibroid: is not a normal finding, but it is a relatively common incidental finding which may or may not have clinical relevance depending on your history/symptoms.  The 8mm endometrium is normal.

Endometrium ?'s: The endometrium is normally less than 10 mm.  You did not mention your age, but in women in 40-50 year range, a measurement of 12.3 mm should be biopsied.  If in a younger age group, but without regular periods, it is b/c of sustained estrogen production.  See your gyn provider for an exam and treatment.
