Is 12.3mm endometrial thickness on 16th day normal?

Endometrium ?'s: The endometrium is normally less than 10 mm. You did not mention your age, but in women in 40-50 year range, a measurement of 12.3 mm should be biopsied. If in a younger age group, but without regular periods, it is b/c of sustained estrogen production. See your gyn provider for an exam and treatment.
