Endometrium: If you are 21 years old, an endometrial thickness of .66cm is normal. If you are post-menopausal, it is too thick.

I assumed you meant cm, not mm. :). .66mm is not accurately measured on ultrasound

Do you: mean 0.66cm? That would be normal. 0.66mm would be imperceptibly thin...not normal in a 21 year old, but not unusual in a post menopausal woman, who is not on HRT, with an atrophic endometrial lining.
