Alcohol consumption is not an appropriate maintenance therapy for patients who seek tremor reduction throu.

Maybe: If you look at tremor getting worse with caffeine or stimulants, and better with alcohol or sedatives, you might consider that otc preps, such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or dramamine could sedate and thus subdue the tremor.  Maybe some homeopathic remedies can help.  I am being creative here, as there is no real formulary of alternative meds for essential tremor, but why not try the above.  Might work.
