Normally: This is just gas passing through your intestines. Normal digestion can be heard as a noisy stomach, or if you have increased gas or increased movement in your intestines, you can have increased noise.

Borborygmi: Borborygmi is the term used for bowel sounds.  These result from the normal process of solids and liquids being propelled through the intestines by squeezing.  Unless accompanied by pain, fever, or other abnormalities, they are normal and nothing to worry about. Good luck.

Borborygmi: Is the fancy name. It is caused by roiling of the intestine as it receivces messages from the brain via the autonomic nervous system. You obviously have ibs and it is almost always associated with poor diet, espcially sugar. You may also have an inrestinal yeast infection, also associated witrh sugar intake.

Not really...: Gurgling noises are common, and are often related to the type of food/drink consumed, and to some degree based on a given person's intestinal motility; but no, a noisy stomach is not a typical sign of an ulcer.

Get an abdominal: ultrasound and and a study of liver and pancreatic enzymes to rule out gallbladder, liver and or pancreatic illnesses.

Symptom: Borborygmi is the symptom or sound the stomach makes when it is active.  It can be a "normal" symptom for some people, but it sounds like this is new for you.  Without other symptoms it is difficult to say if this is a problem or not.

Walk and water : This is normal due to inactivity. Ensure you are drinking 2 litres water a day and walking for 1 hour at least . 10,000 steps is daily recommended amount . Try this for a week you should see improvement.

Biliary obstruction: Yes, you have reason to be concerned.  These discolored stool samples are usually indicative of some type of obstruction in your normal flow of bile from the gallbladder to the intestines.  This could involve the liver, the gall bladder itself and/or the bile duct and/or pancreas.  This is something that requires a serious diagnostic investigation, which I strongly recommend that you pursue.

It could be.: it could just be normal, but rarely light  clay colored stools are a sign that the bile duct may be partially obstructed, resulting in little bile getting to the stool. If this persists or you develop any new symptoms, you should see your doctor right away. Good luck.

hello sir , i test 4th gen ag/ab combo after 59 days of exposer...and result non-reactive..but i have joint pain,white tongue ,loose of appetit and noisy stomach....stress and anxity kill me..no sleep..no eat..also losse weight..what i shoud do ?

: Negative HIV AgAb tests are 100% reliable more than 42-45 days after the last possible exposure, and the results overrule all symptoms and exposure history.  No matter how high the risk at the time exposure or how typical of ARS symptoms might be, your test proves you do not have HIV. Something else is causing these symptoms, and they aren't typical of HIV anyway. See a doctor if they continue.
