Biliary obstruction: Yes, you have reason to be concerned. These discolored stool samples are usually indicative of some type of obstruction in your normal flow of bile from the gallbladder to the intestines. This could involve the liver, the gall bladder itself and/or the bile duct and/or pancreas. This is something that requires a serious diagnostic investigation, which I strongly recommend that you pursue.

See physician: Clay colored stools could be a sign of an underlying issue with your GI tract limiting the ability of the bile to reach the intestines. Is your urine darker than usual? Do you still have your gallbladder? You should see your physician.
