: Since this is occurring on both nipples and there are no lumps or other nipple changes, I would consider this benign physiological discharge of fluid from breast ducts.  If you still have concerns have a physician, gynecologist or breast surgeon examine her and advise you.

Not likely Paget's: Paget's disease of the nipple arises from a deeper breast cancer extending up to the nipple surface, so often presents in just one breast.   Very very unlikely to have sudden simultaneous development of breast cancer with Paget's disease in both breasts.    You should see a physician for proper diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

Areolar rash: Studies show eczema can occur in this area, however the yellow crusty discharge gives me concern for impetiginization of likely eczema/atopic dermatitis in your nipple area. Please see MD. Likely treatment will be a steroid cream and topical antibiotic. If there is nipple inversion, mass or lump underneath the discharge you may need to rule out other conditions with a Dermatologist.

Nipples: Are you speaking of the overall color?  Small glands that are pin point size on the nipple itself or on the areola - round part adjacent to skin. Coloring depends on your skin color as well.

Unclear; see a docto: I am uncertain about what this could be without a physical exam (seeing the yellowing) &amp; knowing your history better. If no other part of your body is yellow (eyes, tongue, etc.) then it's likely not jaundice. Yellow discoloration could be dermatitis or a skin condition, or a "milk blister," part of growing up. Paget's disease of breast (a type of cancer) can start at the nipple &amp; occur in the 20s
