Areolar rash: Studies show eczema can occur in this area, however the yellow crusty discharge gives me concern for impetiginization of likely eczema/atopic dermatitis in your nipple area. Please see MD. Likely treatment will be a steroid cream and topical antibiotic. If there is nipple inversion, mass or lump underneath the discharge you may need to rule out other conditions with a Dermatologist.
