Unclear; see a docto: I am uncertain about what this could be without a physical exam (seeing the yellowing) & knowing your history better. If no other part of your body is yellow (eyes, tongue, etc.) then it's likely not jaundice. Yellow discoloration could be dermatitis or a skin condition, or a "milk blister," part of growing up. Paget's disease of breast (a type of cancer) can start at the nipple & occur in the 20s
